Extra Small (7) – fits wrists up to 6 inches (15.25cm)
Small (7.5) - fits wrists from 6 to 6.5 inches (15.25 - 16.5cm)
Medium (8) - fits wrists from 6.5 to 7 inches (16.5 – 17.75cm)
Large (8.5) - fits wrists from 7 to 7.5 inches (17.75 - 19cm)
Extra Large (9) - fits wrists from 7.5 to 8 inches (19 – 20.25cm)

Each bracelet has between 10 and 14 feet of cord depending on your size. These bracelets are secured by a 5/8 Contoured National Molding Plastic Buckle.
They’re a great way to carry around a length of Paracord for any contingency that may arise.
550 Paracord is quick drying and rot and mildew resistant. It has been proven to last through harsh conditions, and has been rated with a minimum breaking strength of 550 pounds. It is tested and used by U.S. Military Personnel. When taken apart, it has 7 inner strands made of 2 strands each, for a total of 14 strands. Each of the 7 inner strands have a 50 lb. tensile strength, and the outer sheath is rated at 200 lbs.
